• Support — To assist you with technical issues, troubleshooting, and customer support requests.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or store data to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Between Your Stores — Data is transferred between your authorized Shopify stores as part of the migration process you initiate.
• Service Providers — We may use third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transfer and storage. All connections to Shopify are made through secure OAuth authentication and encrypted API channels. We regularly review our security practices to ensure the protection of your information.

Data Retention

We retain your store data only for as long as necessary to provide the migration and synchronization services. Migration logs and temporary data are automatically purged after the migration process is complete. When you uninstall the App, we delete all associated data from our systems within 30 days.
